Are My Friends Lame?

Post by Johnny »

What would you rather do with you friends:

Option A:

Go out for Dinner at 8pm. The restauraunt is 5 blocks away. So go there and Eat and then sit around for and hour or two.. Then go back to a friends apartment to play Cranium and other assorted board games for the rest of the night.

OR

Option B:

Go with your friends to a kick ass party. Its about 20-25 minutes away but, its a kick ass party. Lost of people and good times garunteed.

So...what would you choose?

My friends choose option A. Thats why I am home now :uh:

I chose A too. I always have more fun with people I know than a ton of people I don't know.

Why couldn't you have done both? Go eat, play board game and then go to the kick-ass party. Both options sound like fun though, but you can play board games any night of the year, while I assume that the party was a special New Year's Eve one. So I probably would have preferred the latter.

^ me too

Definitely A.
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

I usually do A too.

Man in high school when all of the parties were I learned to avoid those. They are just stupid drama that there's no point in even being involved with. I don't see the whole point of getting together with a bunch of people and getting drunk... And Cranium is an AWESOME game... I love that. And Trivial Pursuit.

^Cranium is an awesome game. Its Trivial Pursuit, pictionary, charades "name that song" and a spelling bee all rolled into one.

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

A for me too. I'd rather do something with a few people i'm close to rather than hang around with a bunch of people i don't know very well. plus games like cranium are fun

I would have combined both A and B .. go out for dinner, sit around for an hour or so playing board games and THEN head to the kick ass party ..

then again, i'm always looking for an excuse to drink

I guess a combo of A and B woulda been kick ass. I still wouldn't have been able to go. It started to snow last night. The roads were horrid
