I am trying to re install my camera and it keeps telling me i cant because there is an error at 0x80040707 and then it sais acsess denied does any one know what is wrong?
I would suggest checking your Add/Remove Programs and make sure anything having to do with your camera is uninstalled, then try reinstalling. Also maybe go to the website for the camera and see if they have online support or a place where you can e-mail for help.
