It was just announced that OLP is playing the Frosh week Concert at Queen's University in Kingston ON (my university, Sci'11!) on September 11th. I am super stoked for this! OLP is the best band we've had in a while for the Frosh Week concert. It looks like they will be playing at the KRock Center ...

That would be a good point Riley, but it's actually the Canadian-based CRTC that prevents Hulu and NBC from streaming their videos to Canadians. Hulu would stream to Canadians if they could.

Basically, CRTC "protects" the rights of crappy Canadian networks that air US shows, like CTV and Global ...

And you also don't get ANY added benefit. You get lower-quality tracks that have DRM. Sure you can easily bypass it, but owning the CD and having the case and the cover and all is worth more to me...for a cheaper cost, often.

well no not any more, iTunes doesn't sell any DRM tracks anymore, and ...

$13 for the pre-order... common guys thats a bit high. If you actually want to sell albums digitally they really shouldn't be more then $9.99 for the full album. I could maybe see $10.99 as a reasonable price for the bonus package, but you are hurting your sales by selling it for $13. Especially ...

it was originally uploaded to mininova, then taken down in a copy right request. what usually happens is other sites will pick up torrents from the bigger sites and share them, when they get removed ...

This one looks to be real, if you go to the mininova page where it used to be it was taken down due to a 'copyright claim'. I bet its out there somewhere, haven't found it yet...
