They took it by a whole 1%. And there are some swingers in there too.

Yet, hundreds of citizens die regularly, and now, so does the troops.

They kill eachother regularly anyhow. Saddam kills ém, and they kill eachother.

The murder rate in Baghdad is now up to 38/day. That is to my ...

the rearranging of deck chairs in the houses doesn't mean anything. so what, liberals are in power now. they will still not end the war in iraq, they will not investigate why the war was started in the first place, they will not impeach bush and they will not reopen the 9/11 investigation.

so ...

Bush is a war criminal as well. The 9/11 attacks represent a far more sinister and lethal threat to world peace than 10 Saddam's put together could ever muster.

Neither Saddam nor Bush are innocent.

what a guy

for the last five years whichever team that has had Steve Nash has led the NBA in team scoring.

Even inspite of losing their best scoring weapon for the year Phoenix still led the NBA. That alone should be enough to get him the award.

Only problem I had with the vote is that I ...

Okay, first of all I have to make one point in large font. I'm not using large font to imply "yelling", i'm only using it to make sure if you read nothing else in this post you read this:

There are no coincidences.

a coincidence is "A sequence of events that although accidental seems to have ...

I am not disputing the effects of clear conversation. I'm with you, the less you make the debate about your personal insults the more you stand a chance of actually winning it.

that said the most you can do to encourage other people to see it your way is just that: encourage them. you don;t have ...

You can't limit it, there's no way to set definitive lines between what is and isn't acceptable.

You may use the big plates all the time but I don't.

So you can see how that was sort of a moment for me right.

haha. when I started at the gym I was squating 7.5s on either side. On the smith machine. 2 months later we are doing 45's and we're doing them in the cage with the free bar. it's a ...

And one footnote that I wanted to make clear: Starvingeyes is, in fact, intelligent and compelling. This is a fact. It is not my opinion, or my perspective, or my taste in people.

Intelligent and compelling are traits that a person can have. Starvingeyes has both, whether you will admit it or not ...

Yes, I do. Though I hate to drag this thread back off topic again, you wanted a response from me, so I feel need to answer.

I don't think that violence at any point is acceptable. Can I ask what you mean by 'overthrowing the man'? I love that statement.

Wait..I read this after I posted and....I guess if you were defending your life and you HAD to use violence, then it could be justified.

What I meant by ...

Would it be fair to say then that you rely first on your own judgement when somebody confronts you over a comment you said that offended them?

No, I don't believe it would be fair to say that, and I'm not quite sure how you got to this conclusion. But I'm not going to get into it since this ...

probably is.

the other day i went in after a night of being stoned and I felt so sick we had to do a really light workout that even pussies could complete.

but on the other hand, we started that workout by bumping the squat weight up to 90, which required use of the big plates.

As V put it in the film, violence can be used for good. I would say that violence is only acceptable when

1) You are defending your life, liberty or property
2) You are overthrowing the man.
