Thank-you for replying. I really would like to get connected to the hub, but everytime I try to download the Direct Connect, I can download it but then I can't open it. I'm not sure why. I'm not really that good with computers, so that can't help neither!

I know this may be a really stupid question, but does anyone know if there is somewhere else I could download the Live @ much performance? I have a mac, and for some reason, I have never been able to connect to the hub. So I was just wondering if anyone could tell me where else I could get it or is ...
