I guess this is the newest things I've written... I'm experiment with more of a storytelling type of song... This one is about a guy (a begger) who came back to my town to visit the place... He's old and rather raggidy looking... He decided to stick around, until winter comes and the police come ...

You shouldn't write for your emotions... Being dark and depressing is not bad... But if you want to write something, we want to feel it with you... It's not good enough to say "I'm deeply in pain", because then we don't get the full effect of the song... I'm not a very good writer myself, but when I ...

I'd tell you it was a good job... But that's not really helping you as a writer, and you want to get better, right?


Also, don't picture Raine singing this, or anyone else while your writing... It'll help

You're first song is quite good... But the second one just blew me away... Especially the bit about the meaningless poem read to a crowd... Really good, wow... When it Ends is good, but I'd need to hear it to like it... I can get the definity pattern and melody from it... Very nice

lol sorry if I came off alittle angry... Yeah, I like to base my songs on OLP rhyming patterns... But in all honestly, "A Forgiving Ghost" and "Nicole" are the one that I took idea and lines from... Know and Are you Okay are completely my own...

Yeah, I know the blantant OLP ripoffs, But it's mostly in A Forgiving Ghost and Nicole... Because I wasn't even really thinking of any OLP songs when I wrote the rest of the songs, despite what it may seem...
